Refund & Returns Policy

At SmartPetHouse.com, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a simple return policy for eligible items.


Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition

  • You provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt)

To start a return, contact us at sales@smartpethouse.com with your order number and the reason for your return.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return without proof.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

  • In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a refund upon request.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Used or opened products

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Pet grooming tools or hygiene-related items

  • Gift cards


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at sales@smartpethouse.com. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
