Here is how shipping works, plain and simple.

Processing time

We process orders within 1 to 3 business days. When your order ships, we will email you a confirmation with your tracking number.

Delivery times

Once your order ships, most US deliveries arrive within 3 to 5 business days. Orders to remote areas can take a little longer.

We ship internationally too. Delivery times vary by country, usually 10 to 20 business days. Customs in your country can add delays we cannot control.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on what you order and where it is going. What you see at checkout is what you pay. No surprise charges later.

Tracking your order

Every order ships with tracking. Give the tracking number a few hours to activate in the carrier’s system before you start refreshing it every five minutes.

Check your address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If a package comes back to us because of a wrong address, we will reship it, but you cover the second shipping charge.

Delays happen

Customs and import fees

For international orders, your country may charge customs duties or import taxes when the package arrives. Those are your responsibility. We do not control them and we cannot predict what they will be.
